Hi, re messages about getting a group in Leeds and in particular the possibility of some activity via Leeds Uni. I am the father of a 13 year old Autistic young man who has been getting into some free running in Leeds for the past year - we know of a couple of elementary places - looking for some support - possibly somewhere to train - he is very fit and a good climber and naturally explores the urban landscape - look forward to hearing from anyone - by the way I have access to hall and equipment - subject to clearance/insurance and all that stuff.

Hi all, I'm desperate to get in to the parkour thang and I want to meet up with some people in Leeds to get the ball rolling. I think it might be a good idea if we all meet up somewhere where we can mess about, start playing with the basics of parkour for those, like me who don't know anything yet. I don't know of too many places around leeds where this would be good, so any suggestions are welcomed. You can reach me at olijenkins(at)hotmail.com of you want to organise something, or just to let me know of any meets. Oh, I'm 25 and male and have been playing lacrosse for the last 2 years. Only I'm not so fit and need to improve my fitness and I can never be bothered to go to the gym, so this seems like the ultimate way forward. Chuck
