Your best bet mate, is to train by yourself - that way you can be the only one who judges how good/bad you're progressing and also you know the things you need to train in.
Just google for different training techniques - cardiovascular (running, swimming, breathing stuff), strength (sit ups, push ups, weights etc), stamina (holding positions for longer or weights for longer), jump (there are some really good tutorials for increasing your ups.
Other than that, join some martial arts, and or sport that utilises as many aspects of PK - Basketballl, Gymnasitcs etc.

im ony allowed to train at a pk day type thing so jamming is pretty s**t until im about 14/15 mini
