Hi. I am a italian traceur (correct me if I am going to write something wrong please ). I started to pratice parkour 2 years ago with some friends. I am the weakest in my group and I do not know why! Also if my friends would take a holiday of 1 mounth (without doing parkour) and then return, they will be always able to practice parkour like first. They wouldn' t be worse or weaker than first. How is it possible? If I would take a holiday of 1 mounth than I am sure I couldn' t do parkour like first... My skill would fall down very much! I have to train myself 3 days in a week otherwise I degrade. Why I have that problem? Is it a mental issue or simply I am less capable of them?

Hey, it could be all in your head. What i would suggest, if you feel that you aren't good at parkour start conditioning your body in your local gym to get better and see what happens

Video your self and see what your doing wrong then improve on that aspect
