Also I just read the thread all the way through lol. If you wanna get started, there isn't really much 2 learn -- just look on the net wot it is all about then do anything u can. You also hav 2 get past a mental barrier 2 do sum things, it just doesn't seem sensible but our bodies can do much more than we r aware of.

westsussexparkour.freeforums.biz/forum.htm basically, i created a site for west sussex freerunners, tirckers etc, seeing as there wasnt a specific one. invite people you know to it and i'll do the same, and hopefully i can get it to expand and we can sort a real freerun community out! theres a jam this sunday!
