i started about two month ago. my friends, wind_jackal and hades (plus more) were doing it and i was a bit sceptical of my physical ability to do some moves e.g. monkey, dash. but now im well in to PK and love it. (even more than skateboarding) i realised as i started that i may not have been physically able to do some of these things but as i PKed more and more i became stronger and fitter plus better technique and now i feel much more able to throw my body over a bar or jump gaps.
so now my conclusion, to PK well you need fitness but with PK comes fitness so theres no excuse to start.
i ahvent been doin PK for long like a coupe of weeks. i started after watchin jump britain, it looked pretty cool. i live in the countryside so i go into woods and stuff to do my PK but i would like to do more in Bristol
