Hey, the club training sounds great. I live only 7 miles away from Midsomer Norton so that would be great if a club could be set up around that area. However I would prefer if the club was however was on a Saturday after 8pm or on a Sunday as I have work and can’t change the shift. The price sounds reasonable if not great. I do have a couple of question though, how long would each session last? E.g. 3 hours. Also are these also is this for beginners? as I have only just started.

I would certainly go every week if it was in Bristol could do with a place to train up without killing myself as im new but very eager to learn... ;D

unfortunately nocturnal this thread was from last year so you might not get a reply, i guess you could try and pm the people involved, or else dont worry about the gym training, its great for trying new things but its not parkour, parkour is all about falling on concrete and getting back up to train, its a part of my learning process that has made me the traceur i am today, to me there is no better feeling than taking a big bail in training and learning from it.
