Hey people... If we wanna get together to try this out, how about organising something on here instead of going through email? That way, everyone will know what's going on, and if more people come here, they can see we're doing stuff.

Okay, I guess I've done the same as most of you. Bored watching TV... flick on to channel 4... now I'm here "willing" but without a clue. Funny how these things start!
I would like to begin to learn, but I'm sure i'll be poo but hey thats not the point. I only have two concerns....
1. I'm mid 20's (and unfit) now so I'm not as bendy as i used to be!
2. If people do get together for this and dont act responsible it can quite easy turn into a public nuisance. And scared grannies isnt a good thing.
A sober point but I hope you guys take it on board....

Boy, I'm in my mid fifties and a weight trainer from way back. My advice is you need to get basically fit before you do anything physical. Get to a gym. Learn how to lift weights and use your body. It aint rocket science but it is going to save your life.

I scared grannies isnt a good thing. With you on both counts. I'm in my mid 20's too, and VERY unfit at the moment. Hence my enthusiasm for this. I get bored as hell in the gym, whereas this looks like awesome fun and could help me get back to my former glory! And yeah... I hate to say it, but we have to find somewhere/some time that this isn't going to piss off the general public (and so I don't look like an idiot in front of too many people).
