Ok the template is good but the content is .. can be improved. Firstly take a look at www.pawa.fr and www.urb anf reef low.com/articles/seb_interview.htm (without spaces)
(note to Matthew - I am aware of the fact that uf should not be meantioned but this article has some important historical facts on parkour)
This shows that parkour is more about moving with the aim to chase or reach someone/something, meaning that it is an art of efficiency and speed. Also the seccond link shows that contrary to popular belief, David and Seb are not co-founders. Seb was an early adopter of the art.
Ok about the tutorials, a speed vault can be done from head on as well as from an angle
a reverse is normally landed facing forwards or at the very most sideways, as you are meant to turn between 180-270 degrees during the time when your feet are off the ground and you need to take off with your body already at a 90* angle to the rail
and the turn vault is nothing like a reverse lol, its like a 2handed vault only you swing your legs over and turn 180, landing it in a cat leap position. the bit where you said "Try doing your own variation of it by doing either 180,360,540 or more." was really not a good idea... how does one do a 360 turn vault? adding pointless spins is generally really ineficient and thus inadvisable if you are doing parkour.
as for the video - more rolls work on general strength and climbups and do some runs! those were all single techs lol. it is clear you lot have the individual vaults down, but now link it up, work on fluid motion and generally get better
best of luck, oh and next vid, avoid German death meta/rock music in general ;D
In writing that, almost forgot to say, please post everything in the right sections, this should be in the Video Exchange - contact list section [/edit]
