Post all the cumbrian hot spots here, I already mentioned biskey howe in bowness on the rural free flow thread, AMBLESIDE PARK because of the forgiving surface.
all the trees blown down have presented some nice opportunities for balances and vaults, if anyone knows pk heaven heres the place to tell the rest of us. Theres some good rock hops on the becks and rivers when the water levels go down.
theres quite a lot of good places around kendal. the main problem we've found is the condition of the rock in cumbria can be inconsistent, espeacially because of the lack of concrete walls. maybe carlisle, lancaster or even manchester would be the best decisicion for a full day out, leaving practising to places such as kendal, ambleside and bowness. anyone else practise in the kendal area??
