look at airey boi gettin into freerunnin'! aight peeps, lookin' for a bit of parkour action. im 14 and just recovering from a fractured ankle, and watched 'jumping britain' about 4 times. me and my friend quinny, who's in year 7, have tried freerunnin' round our estate, as it's a great way of exercise and also comes in handy when gettin' chases. I was just wondering if there was anyone from round West Auckland, or nearby, who has any tips for helping us, 'cos we only jus' started and don't really know many skills, but we willing. Tips please if anyone would be so kind!!!! I thank yaw. peace out. .Jammerz. P.S If you want any ideas on footwear for freerunnin', adidas galaxy 3's are well smart and they grip like anytin', as well as bein' cushionin.
