what types of sneakers work best for parkour? i mostly just use a pair of airmaxes.. but they don;t always offer the best performance

Anything with good padding, flat soul (more traction), and good grips underneath.
For example, I have Vans (skateboard shoes). They have everything I mentioned above.
That's just my opinion, but perhaps we all have our own.

um pumas r def. the best! lightwait good grips and really stylish lol. i perfer them over any other shoe when doing PK.

I used to wear pumas.... I loved those shoes... well I know what I'm getting myself for christmas...

anything with with grip, I use my connys a lot or even my baggy duffs. thinking of getting a pair or trainers though, for the first time in like 5 years!

I would try running shoes, because they can offer a lot of support, and traction. Plus, if you're doing a lot of running, running shoes will help protect you from running related injuries.

i find that x country style running trainers work pretty good, they're designed to absorb shock, support your ankle and they have fantastic grip e.g scarpa & merrell. Also i think that shoes which are really light help, it might not have that much of a difference but i think it feels much more comfortable. ;D

hah, i use worn out Airwalks that have ripped inside fronts with padding comming out and a virtualy no grip sole.. im gonna be getting Miller Chameleon Slams soon hopefully

Howdy! Im thinking of gettin some new PK shoes because my other ones are just naff! Torn, ripped, u name it! Can anyone tell me a specific shoe perhaps. I want some thin fairly cheap, deccent lookin, and overall good performance? Cheers guys an Gals! ;D

well ive had some adidas novas for a couple of months now there holding out pretty nice i think there on m and m direct for about 20 pounds i think if not ebay it
