I'm near eastbourne. Brighton has the best spots, sometimes people get in the way though.

Heya, welcome to the amazing world of parkour ;D I recommend looking at these sites first www.screwgravity.comanother site Then i recommend practising really basic things Rolls first, simple jumps, a couple of easy vaults. Then come out along with us when theres a jam, we always post the main ones up here so keep an eye out come along, people will help you out with problems and you can meet others to jam with and have a great time. Oh also remember to warm up and warm down Hope to see you around soon.

Lol basic flips. sorry mate parkour isnt about fllips thats tricking or possibly freerunning which some people do which is a mixture of the two. Flips are an advanced move anyway theres no way you can come in and do them. Anyway thats what gets ya neck broken Come to a jam there should be one soon as were getting it oganised and see what parkour is really about. If your still intrested the people that are there including myself are more than happy to teach anyone that wants to learn.
