listen, if ANYONE wants to train they can, they dont have to meet up with us everytime tho, you know you can actually just go out and train on your own, i do it all the time. its not that i mind people coming along, its good to have fresh eyes on old obstacles, its just that we have been training together in basildon,(me, dean & nick) for over a year and most weekends there is only 2 of us training, all of a sudden there is like 20 people who want to have pictures taken and 'be in the group'. if you actually want to take it seriously than just concern yourself with training. as for the red t-shirt thing, i aint even gonna wear one, it was only a suggestion from james for the sake of the pics, now everyones talking like its the team 'uniform'. one last point id like to clear up is the members of Urban Cult. me, dean, nick. end of.

i am only bringing ben and tyler with me, and not the fat ben cos he cant even walk, let alone jump, and i started to train with you lot before u all knew bout the photogropher just to make that clear lol and i train alone during the week and i just think it is nice to get in a group at the weekend to see how every1 else is progressing. And to be honest i think it was the little kids that were there just because of the pictures because they were also boasting about a video or summin. anyways, looking forward to tomoz, hope to see evryone out.

right first. All the little kids go because they want to practice, the only reason they didn't so much saturday was because they knew of the photographer and so i told them to keep out of the way for dean gav & nick. second: it doesn't really matter how heavy you are.. even i can do it & it's really helped me to lose weight, maybe your weight could be a disadvantage but at the same time you could work it off.

tbh it wasnt aimed at either of you as you have both been training with us before, tho antony, it aint been 6 months mate. it was all the new faces that stood around for about an hour then disappeared that annoyed me,( not reece and co). im not too bothered really, anyone who wants to come, can, the charlatans will reveal themselves and drop out soon enougth anyway. its just that over the last couple of years iv seen people come and go, its taken us a long time to get to where we are at and now we are getting some exposure everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon. my advice to anyone who is serious is to train, train and train some more.

just want to clear up the weight comment i made yesterday, i know people have lost weight doing pk cos i hav aswell, but with ben it is quite a bit more then any of us ever had. He isnt interested in PK, he was only there cos he was goin cinema l8r with my other mate and had nothing to do during the day. He tried to start PK and gave up within half hour, and as Ronin said it takes a long time to get where we are. And also i want to clear up how long i have been doin PK. I started originally when i saw jump britiain (spring last year) but took a 5month break cos of a mixture of injury and personal issues which needed to be put right (dnt try and make that sound dirty). When i tell people i been doin it for 3months thats only how long i bin making training a priority. And the little kids that we woz with, i wasnt tryin to flame them but i just thought it was a little fishy that they were just standing around close to the photogropher and seemed to be boasting about a video. Soz for any confusion with anything i wrote. See you all later

yeah that "we" bit stuck out to me.. no offence vampz but it's gunna take either of us at least a year to nearly get up to their standards, i think that i've gained loads mentally... ask dean... but still we aint nearly up to dean, nick & gavs standards so you can't really put "we" in your post
