ive jacked the idea for this thread from parkour.net. does/has anyone trained in the early hours, like 1 or 2am? very peacefull, no distractions and ideal for stealth training. im going out tonight at about 12 and will train till about 2, anyone wanna join me? * cough cough dean cough*.

square looks pretty annoying to me, i looked around while i was getting credit and builders sure do know how to spoil free running, but i have seen a few things worth trying

call it PARKOUR!! we don't do all the flipping and spinning, anyway as gav said "parkour isn't finding the perfect height, perfect wall to kong or something; its about finding your own way. challenge yourself"

parkour could be spike dodging if that is the environment you are in at the time, the spikes are just another obstacle.

I go night training fairly often. You have to adapt all your techniques, and you really find out how loud you are when moving, you think you are quiet during the day, but you really see how loud it is and how hard it is to move SILENTLY.
Lots of little games to play, and it's just a great experience, varies your training which maintains motivation and in general just a chance to slow down and FULLY concentrate on the basics.
