I would just like to say a massive thank you to Gav who has always helped me and Matt and always gave us advice when we are training.
Dean thanks for always inviting us to come down to basildon. Thanks for inviting us to the gym session and always on time (most of the time) meeting us at the train station.
Antony well without you in basildon i wouldn't know what you doing tomorrow or what you did last week lol. You always tell me everything basildon wouldn't be the same with out you.
Also to everyone else that Ive met in basildon cant remember all your names, but thanks for making our training in basildon even better!
-Charlie.

cheers charley for that post, i help because that is the spirit of parkour, in the words of david belle, by helping people you become useful. being useful is the esscence of parkour. and yeah basildon is great for training, soon with all the redesigning we will have a new town centre with a totally different layout and obstacles.

gav speaks of the spirit of parkour... i speak of whatever comes to my head.... like when some shark was right near me in america or when i got to hold one of the largest snakes in the world and stuff... funny thing about the snake... he said (after putting it around my neck) "don't squeeze him, 'cos he can squeeze alot harder" & i was like thanks... i don't wanna hold him now
