Heya, long time since i used these forums, havent had much time recently. Solo training is what i mostly do now, maybe a few hours a week. The great thing about it is that I can train with nobody getting bored of the location and having to move with the group and being able to choose comething to work on and improve apon. Its like Stephane said, (not an exact quote and cant be bothered to load video) 'You come with your bottle of water and your sandwitch and just...' which is what I do. Except i have sausage rolls instead of a sandwitch hehe The other majour thing that i like about solo training is that some things about other peoples training methods, styles or personalities can be very distracting (not always in a negative way) but it interferes with your training on the things you are trying to work on. Working solo can take away all sorts of distractions, even if you do seem to be a bit of a strange person to some of the ignorant (the context of not knowing) public.

Yer lets try and give a good example for younger and new traceurs and to other people who wish to look at the Essex parkour scene. By your actions yesterday and what you just said your not giving a great impression.

I'm just telling you what you was doing. We all want Parkour to be recognized around the world in the right way. We are not trying to brake things, we are not trying to cause "trouble" we are here to be free, and we practise what we enjoy.
Some actions can make some people think what we are doing is wrong, we don't need this. The man was kindly just asking to pop of the wall as he didn't understand what we was doing. I was just explaining to him we was just gathering some footage and practising a french discipline. I understand that you didn't know completely know that we was talking to some one, but kicking a bottle over into the car park wasn't the most clever thing to do. Man there or not it still could effect us in some way.

Take things lightly and let's laugh about stuff! anyway.. i was solo training today...yay!! i done a precesstion jump 7" i know distance isn't important..but i'm really happy cos i know i nailed the technique...i just need to burn somemore fat and increase the explosive power in my legs!

nice distance work on control
like when u land a precision like stand up prety quick that way ur giving ur quads a gd workout and with enuff practise u wont wobble bout the fall foward off the wall/rail like many ppl do

lol i've sent you that link on msn before.. =P plus, look at his technique, the way he jumps up and really pushes his body, also look at how he lands, his legs crouch down and he brings back up to keep control
i don't really think that to be the perfect example as he does put his hand down for extra control but all the same, shows the key aspects
