well Essex is a reasonably big county. Where abouts in Essex do you live. Then maybe we can discuss meeting.
Like i said in the other post the "active" members of the Essex section are really busy up till Christmas we have a lot things going on

1) Its spelt Parkour 2) We don't just 'jump around' Read what parkour is really about. Start practising some basic but also one major important thing is condition "Be strong before you jump" prepare your body for what parkour might put in front of you. parkour.net/parkour/wiki/-Charlie.

Does no one get tired of these type of questions? Why do we not have a F.A.Q (Frequently Asked Questions) post/thread and have it stickied? I'm scared that eventually I will end up writing one because no one else will.
