Just reading around wwj, parkour.net and some other sites and just mainly reading up on conditioning. Well a little while ago i herd of blane's hell nights. I thought what is this when people run around stabbing each other but i was wrong (i was close) it is a nice specifically set up for just working on conditioning.
Well i thought, "what a great idea" then i thought why don't i try one night.. so I'm planning to setting my self a date and that night when i condition, condition, condition, condition.
Also another great idea was what teige, Joe, guy etc do over msn. I think its a Tuesday night around 9pm they do ladder push ups and chin ups etc. As an exampleis: i would do 2 push ups then dean would do 2 then i would do 4 then dean would do 4 etc till you can't do any more..
So if any one is up for it just talk to me on msn and lets condition!

heres something Cutley told me - for abs (all consecutive) 50 normal sit ups 25 sit ups to the left 25 sit ups to the right 25 sit ups with legs straight up in air (rest for 10 seconds) Now repeat twice (3 repetitions altogether)
