I'm 17, but I think I'm in more or less the same area as you, which town are you in? Don't worry about age, we're all a community, so if a person is serious about parkour, they will be respected Erm, if you can get down to central, then go to waterloo on a weekend, at the shell center there is always someone training (esp on a sunday, gets pretty busy)

Yup there will definitely be people there, the pklondon guys are having a jam there I believe. (actually check out www.pklondon.com, plenty of Londoners and from all over.) Hmm, Worcester park... that's near Sutton isn't it? Sutton has a thriving scene, one of the more famous traceurs lives there, as well as many others, so you should have no problem getting in touch with them Good luck, hope you enjoy yourself tomorrow, just ask one of the people there if you can train with them and tell them your new, they will be more than happy to help and teach the basics

Couldnt make it Sunday as it turned out
Would it be worth goin up on a saturday. Is there people there always(willing to help)? or best to wait for an 'official' jam?
Also im an artist might be interested in doin some artwork, not quite sure what ill do or how it'll work out yet or but will probably have to do it a bit first before all that and get a feel for it.

nah there are usually people there on a saturday, just there are more on a sunday. The thing about the community is that it is just that parkour to many seems like an extravagant 'hobby' so traceurs tend to be real friendly to one another, especially the southbank regulars, so seriously, just come up to anyone there and they will be very happy to help If you want you could wait for an official jam, keep a lookout on the pklondon forum for the dates but there really is generally someone there between 12 and 3 on a weekend definitely, though people tend to stay later too, and often try to get there for 10am, staying til 6pm

Yea, our crew only stay at Shell for a short while because we like to move on to other hotspots ie. Baby45, Tramps Kitchen, Leap Of Faith etc.
