My left wrist has been bothering me alot lately. Mainly when I would put pressure on it like by doing a left handed vault. I'm 14, I think I might have mest it up when I was snowboarding a few weeks ago. I've been able to live with it but since its been like 2 weeks I think something might be up. I fell on it wrong coming off of a rail. The pain is dull when it hurts If I put alot of pressure on it I get a sharper pain. Can you help me?

Sounds like a bone bruise. Possibly a fracture. Give it a week, if it still hurts, go to a doctor.
The question I have for you, though, is what position does your hand have to be in for it to hurt... It can be the difference between a jam, a fracture, a bruise, a stressed muscle, and a break.

chipped bones are pretty rare though. And they usually heal themselves fairly quickly (body will tell you to deposit calcium where the bone is missing). But, you may want to get it checked anyways.
