I suppose you could do some weight training using dumb bells.

wait wait wait... you dislocated your arm and now want to build your muscles around it... Silly one. Injuries need rest. Don't strain them. Try and get a sling though if it's badly dislocated. Bone dislocations are always good to see a doctor about, as they don't ALWAYS heal themselves.

ah.... in that case... your bicep is probably going to be atrophied(sp) when you take that cast off... and I don't know of a way work it... but... try to find some way to work your tricep and bicep... without knowing what kind of cast you're in and all that, I wouldn't know what to tell you for how.

ur best bet would be to get ur self to a swimming pool for a hour a couple of times a weak. Swimming is the best way to build up ur muscles without to much strain as u cant move fast in water so the risk of injurey is very small...

if in a cast... you'd need to put the cast in plastic... not to mention that it probably wouldn't work the muscles inside the cast... though... it could... I'm just not sure. I really would like to know what kind of cast you're in, because right now I'm picturing this full arm cast. Which just prohibits all movement.
