[shadow=Cyan,left,300]YO[/shadow] When people have a special diet for things like football, tennis and athletics (etc..) I think that is fair enough. I'm not too sure about a parkour diet though If you know of a parkour diet or have info bout diets and stuff plz post coz I would like to see if there is a balance! POST BACK DIETITIONS! your diet should be the same as that of a runner. Just with a little more protein and calcium as your body is going to be taking a little more strain than the runner; however, it's the same principle. Don't really worry about food, with a sport as aeorbic as parkour, you shouldn't have to worry about how you eat. Your body will let you know.

i agree u wanna have the same fittest lvl as a runner idealy, but u`ll probly want more fat content or body mass , cos if u were shaped like a runner (lets face it most are skinny unless u a sprint runner) ull probly do some damage from drops. as muscle plays a big part in the landing and non breaking of bones

yeah, I suppose... Though while you're still getting into the fitness profile, you may want to stay away from the fatty stuff... but once fit, then you can go for it. Really, as a runner, you don't have to worry about your diet. You can eat just about anything.
