i live in the bestwood area where do u live?
i got a mate aswell who has been doing most of the tricks hes seen on some of the sites 4 years but he only just did em 4 fun messing around. and now that it called parkour and evrythin he prolly start jamin wit me lol...

guys, im newish to this scene, but i was just thinking, how many of you guys have got any training? i mean, anyone get some .... i duno, gymnastics or... circus training? just trying to get a feel for what my local parkour scene is like, cos.. i live near notts post back with enfo guys -max TEXT

i think i herd of that place but not entirley sure...... yeh im new to pk i watched the jump london a while back but didn't think bout doing it but afta watching jump britian the otha day i gona start....
me and my mate just got bak from trying out basics..... im alrite at it not the best noob ever lol

hi im new to parkour saw it on tv and was wondering how to start and were there is a place to train and learn the basics if anyone nows plz help it would be helpful cheers

Quite alot of intrest here i can see well best places to train all depends where u live but by far the best places are QMC, City centre, and suburbs of anywhere. there are jams everyweekend we me and notts crew and sometimes sticky. just keep an eye out on UF me and the others been doing it over a year odd and atm jamming with the new guys and helping them all out.

where bouts u guys jam? and do u mean sticky as in the one who was on jump britian and on the another site.co.uk? is it ok for me and my mates to come.... though we only just started.....
