Hi sean, We know each other, but it'll be good for others, I train through town, also at the Ness islands, and if I wish to go a bit further, Times are 5.30 am, sometimes lunch, 4-5pm, and in the start of evenings, all that depending on my week and the weather of course,

Hi my name is Patrick from Inverness (next to Ness Island).
Thomas (trinacria) introduced me into parkour. I did not know that I did it before.
However, we became good friends and call all of you to bring the spirit of parkour alive. And the best way to do so is when we are many. Meetings help us to bring us closer together and enable us to build a wide community.
Look in your daily plan and integrate a time just for parkour. Start with even 20 minutes. A time just for the new-community. Just for US. And do not hesitate to tell everyone at school or at work about PARKOUR and about our community.
As I live in a Community, I am just one day off in a week; usually on Wednesdays or Fridays. These days are my parkour-days; any time I am free for meetings. Moreover, I am usually practicing parkour with Thomas (trinacria). On weekends I am not free.
Jump in, join us and live Parkour!
See you soon.

hey dont think i ever did this fourm.
hi im peave (steven) but plaese call me peave. Im train with everyone else when ever can but with the recent weather that has only been wednesdays at the gym even though i am now going to try and go out more during the week. I look forward to training with you guys and hope the weather gets better soon. I realy love parkour. if i could it would be the only thing i did. i have found a new level of control within myself both mentaly and fisicaly. yeah i cant spell but since when has that ever changed how i do parkour. If i had to pick 1 thing im not that gd at it would have to be flow. I hope to train with tomas soon becouse he is the flow master and i think there will be alot i can learn just from following him and watching how he moves.

Good gracious!! Is it really what you think? Thanks. But hold on, I've been training under pouring rain recently, that's possibly the style I got from: no explosive movement, just slow and fluid moves.
However, I believe you have your style, nurture that!
