Nice video lads.. I think you have the ability to make your climbups a lot faster. I think you need to work on making the pull up part more explosive then they will be nice and quick!

you're pushing yourselves too hard guys.
going to much into it can damage your body if you do not have the strength for it.
you are also putting too much energy into your movements.
i noticed alot on the precision jumps that you used all your energy to do them. could you carry on running after doing that? it wouldn't be efficient.
the meaning of efficiency is being as quick as possible, using the least about of time or energy or both.
rather enjoyable though :-)
as charlie said, work on your get ups.
try and get more of your body over the wall before you put your hands down, so explosive training is needed.
also, tuck your legs up on precisions. you'll get more distance and height.
and one more thing, why did you put david belle in the tags? when people search david belle, they presume they'll see david belle, and so having that in your tag is a bit stupid tbh.

maybe you are right, but we do a lot helnight, or real parkour Little or big runs. this things we do for the video its true i think the cat-leaps or precetions are a little too big for our level...its wrong to train like this. We try to train real parkour with lot condition and strength
