Here we are in Scotland with the first signs of automn, and in my experience it is the trickiest part of the year for traceurs: freezing cold, humid, slippery , windy... and so on!
But the investment of your physical and mental shape should not go through the bin by staying inactive inside. So I would like to invite every one to post what they'd like to learn or build up during the darkest season:
is it rolls? is it push ups? is it scouting for new spots? is it going once in a while at someone's house to have a PK videos time and discussion? Is it learning about warming up and stretching correctly to last longer?
Last year, I was looking at different possibilties to meet somewhere at community halls, at the same time I was still training outside, checking the weather forecast like mad, but it happened. I believe some, if not everyone, would benefit from such work of maintenance.
So give your insights on this, and we may get ideas to prevent lazyness.

Interesting! How much do they ask for renting the session? and which days are you thinking of?
