hello!! how is everybody?? im great thanx for asking im new to the world of parkour and i am really getting into it..well..i havtnn started yet...only precisions in the house.. bu anyway....im currently studying in Bangor university in wales.. and im getting a little group of begginers 2gether for us all 2 start 2 train and stuff.. any tips?? im going 2 join the gymnastics club too...to learn to flip and that..maybe if they could give us just a little space 2 put up a few blocks and carpets and stuff 2 train... anyway..see you all around! Hello welcome to UKPKA. I would advise you to look around the forum check out some of the other posts look on the parkour techs and article sections to understand parkour more.
Gymnastics will defiantly help you with conditioning... althought flips are NOT part of parkour. If you have any questions please feel free to ask or pm me.

good advice from charlie. it seems to me that you have read a bit about parkour already. all you need to do is to get out there and try a few things. for flip training you dont really need to join a club, i learnt all my acro on grass and thats quite common. try trickstutorials dot com, learn the techs in your head and find a bit of grass. i can back tuck, front tuck, sideflip, wallflip, flash kick, x-out, swing thru gainers, etc all without 'proper' training. for more specific advice pm me.
