No real point to this question - I'm just curious ... What's everyone's favourite time for training, if you have one? Up until now (I've only just started this so we're only talking about a week or so) I've been going out in the mornings mainly, for no other reason than that it seemed to fit into my day best, but today I didn't get the chance to go out in the day, so I've just got back from my first late night session (it's 2:20 am)- it was brilliant. I'd realised in my previous sessions that I tended to get a bit self conscious about trying something new or something I wasn't sure about when there are lots of people around - that's not a problem at 1:30 in the morning! I've been wanting to use the lovely soft sand of Torquay's beach to practice my rolls for a while, but during the day it's been pretty busy, which has put me off, but I've just spent a happy half hour rolling around in the sand and running around down there...it was great. The other big advantage is that now I'm actually quite tired and will probably fall asleep pretty quickly - normally it takes me ages to get to sleep. Good all round I think I'll definitely be doing more late night training - how about everyone else? Is this a common thing to do or am I weird?

I usually go out out at six o'clock whil most people are eating plus it is still light. I once did an all night session with a friend on holiday it was incredible if a little tiring!! BB

Thanx for the replies guys - it's all interesting stuff I'll be out again tonight in a few hours - you have my sympathy if you have restrictions on the times you can train - I'm incredibly lucky really 'cos I'm freelance so I can pick and choose when I do what, most of the time. The down side is that I don't get paid as much as if I had a "proper" job, but I've always figured time is more valuable than money, so it's no down side really... Luckily, most of the potential PK'ing areas around here are quite well lit at night, so light isn't a problem...having said that I did do a lovely vault onto the harbour wall last night - I was really pleased with myself - then promptly almost went ass over tit 'cos I'd forgotten that the top of the wall is really uneven and it didnt really show in the dark...lesson learnt there anyway Take care, have fun, stay happy and keep moving folks, T.

I love during the day, especially when its afternoon in Southbank as there is loads to do training wise and people tend not to be bothered that your jumping and stuff.
