Ok hi all Im just getting into parkour.
Turns out i think i have always been into it, as I always liked to jump over things although nothing even close to parkour.
I just in the process of getting fit again after doing my ankle in last july and not going back to the gym after it, i have lost my fitness level completely. Funny thing is it seems parkour is motivating me to get back into running although i have a long way to go.
I will do it though and I will be learning parkour as i go although my current goal is to get fit not learn parkour.
One thing i am trying to master though. "the roll" every thing i have learned up to now leads me to believe the roll is the single most important thing to learn. and i just pulled my shoulder a little trying it hehe. but ill get it.
So yah hi to all and i hope to meet some of you soon probly around brum. That being said im 24 and alot of you seem in your mid teens so do we have many slightly older people here??
