Hey guys me again. I just wanted to know how many hours a week you train for and what you mostly train doing and if u have a regime?
I do between 10-15 hours a week and anything up to 30 hours in holidays. I balance what i work on and spend most time on what I cant do as well which is rail positions and double kongs. Any advice for improving these moves?
Cheers guys

practice makes perfect.
its also good to include some GPP in your training (conditioning basically)
spend your nights working your body to get strong for what you do.

don't do chinups, they work nothing but the biceps.
do pull ups, (palm facing away) as it works more beneficial to muscles used in parkour.
i'll say more later
