hey ! Personaly, parkour is extremely addictive me and i cannot go at least a week without practising it. i cant really explain how i feel about parkour, whether it is a hobby or anything else, i generaly practice it because i find fun and i just get fun, and adrenaline from it - ;D How about you? i dont really have a specific favourite move, but i find that speed vaults are my favourite at the moment, followed by lazy vaults, im practicing kong and monkey vaults quite heavily recently, and these seem to becoming one of my favoured moves ;D - try kongs into a speed if you get me - very fun vertical wall runs ( upwards if im wrong ) ive basically said every move but ive exressed me feelings now to you

im in it purely for the money LEET sponsers and free sh!t and UF are my inspiration <3 now on a serious note... i practise parkour purely coz its sumthing i like to do its a great hooby which helps me maintain a positive attitude towards my life family and friends and it surroundings. Other wise i do tend to be a very negative person towards EVERYTHING which aint too good to be frank. so in a way its kinda like "stress management". the way i see it is...if i train im happy then i go home happy and stay in that frame of mind till the next weekend i train and the cycle carrys on.....but if i dont train and leave it for like 2 - 3 weeks my mood then becomes negative so to speak and i start getting snappy etc at anyone who i thinks having a pop or being too sarky so there ya have it lol im not gonna say "i do it for the freedom" coz tbh thats what every one sais and "feels" about the dicapline so its no good saying your different coz your not lol your the same as every other practitioner it may seem like im having a rant but honestly im not and if you disagree then your wrong but i just fort id share that with the forum sorry if it went a tad offtopic at bits lol my bad but thats what parkour is for me....a very possitive thing to be a part of - Dean

i agree with Antony. there are no moves, it sounds to much like a skateboarding game or something. i think it's mainly about 'achieving what you have always wanted to'. 'seeking perfection'. Its also social and improves fitness, some people may also class it as a hobby like skateboarding.

haha, don't run from chavs.
once they realise you aren't scared, the run.
me and charlie (crawty) were going through a town centre, like running so we could get back to training. some chav walked past and said to me "Run, nasty thing, run" so i simply shouted "shut up" in his face, he said something as he walked away, and then charlie said something else to them to end them.
we walked past them later, they just carried walking past us and said something like "oh, its them again" and just went on haha
