well, i mainly have like slow twitch muscle fibres to work on, these basically are enduring, and so they don't show out as much.
so yeha, basically you could be well strong and people could think you look tiny, but show them up a bit (Y)

Parkour isn't about "being big". Your body will adapt to the situations it has to. You should be strong in life, not just in relation to movements. Having the strength to concentrate on every movement, and having the strength and courage to improve them all. If you have to lift a crate all day everyday, your body will adapt to make that movement easier. In Parkour we should be aspiring to be able in ALL situations, not just within movement but in life and our state of mind, tiredness, temperature etc. Parkour is what i use in life to better myself but you should be looking for eveything to be a learning experience. Walking up stairs should be a lesson in itself and I should aim to improve myself while practicing it. My reactions to others peoples actions need to be practiced and made as near to perfect as I can, is my eating sloppy? etc Parkour opens one up to seeing that life is the true discipline. parkourbrad.blogspot.com/2008/01/7th-january-2008-mountain-path-of.htmlHopefully the above link can help you out. Work hard guys.

Well now my turn, lol parkour is a way of life. I love being diffrent and being recognised that it is something i love, not as my family refers to it as 'jumping off a wall' which really annoys me. For me its fitness, mental strongness and mostly fun and community of traceurs.

with time and exposure to the discipline their attitudes will change. good post brad, although gaining size shouldnt affect your abilities as a traceur. and if its a personal goal to gain size then dont neglect it. parkour is different for everyone, and your training should reflect this.
for me personally, parkour is only part of the equation. its my main focus but im not training to get good at parkour, im training to improve all aspects of my physical and mental capabilities. i believe that fight skills are just as important as flight skills, that we should train our weaknesses as well as our strengths, and that above all it should be a personal journey. just my opinion though.
