look at the joint. it is not put in a way to be bent that far. i would know. i have a torn meniscus. it may not be from squats, but they make it worse.
anyway, yeah, i want to try night teraining some time. should be quite fun me thinks.

i know its off topic but i think u are giving the wrong impression about squats. they are one of the most effective ways of increasing size, power and strength. i think what antony is trying to say is that improper technique when using squats can cause injury. i just didnt want someone to read this thread and then avoid squats. back on topic now please.
