Here is where in your post you just describe what 'active' things you did today.. if that means going to work or going to the gym doing some conditioning practising parkour then post it up and tell us what you did.
Tonight I'm going to Epping Forest Gym i won't be able to do much floor work as i have a bruised heel but i will be doing some upper body conditioning using the bars they have there and possible some simple tricking and gymnastics movements.

yesterday i done some conditioning.
mainly for my arms, lots of pull up variations, but i still worked most of the other muscles.
today, i've been practicing some muscle ups, and will be conditioning later on again today :-)

Today is my rest day as last night (Friday) i went kick boxing where i drilled a lot of kicks and did a few back sommies.
I hoping to do a little bit of tricking in my garden later today just drilling basic kicks then might possibly go to the gym as well.

been training at travers way subbie today practising my cats and cat rail balancing (finding it hard to keep my balance on all fours lol)

err, been doing lots of conditioning recently, 160 pushups, 30 pullups, 12+ muscle ups on sunday, and leg conditioning since then.
just trying to get stronger at the mo

just been working out over the weekend doing some conditioning not been well enough to go out and train lost a lot of muscle sand definition coz of this bug its spreading round basildon propa quick so if i woz u i would wrap up warm when u go out

ant id like to see u do 30 pull ups :: coz i no how narrow ur door way is and find it hard to imagen anyone doing pull ups on it with out any problems lol
anywho im currently training for my parachute regiment weekend wich is in a month...so lots of trainings for me
running, press ups, pull ups, sit ups

Today i had gymnastics competition training which was alright didn't do to much just worked out some of the movements we was going to use..
