Just wondering, after a number of vaults or precision jumps - anything where I really stretch my body out - I find that there is an excrutiating pain in my lower left abs, the right side is fine (When I vault my legs come to the left). The pain then occurs when pressure is exerted on the abs ie getting out of bed, anymore vaults etc. Usually fixes within 4-7days. Anyway to speed up the recovery and help prevent it? Im assuming the muscle is ripping.
thx

Just to make you aware. Parkour has no particular style or personality type, I know "chavs", "metalheads","skateborders", martial artists, dancers... who practice parkour. The beauty of parkour also lies in the fact that you dont need anything to do it except for a pair of legs, so trying to push it down the same road as skateboarding isnt a very good idea and not what people want. And about roof jumps... I havent seen "danny" from manchester, but rest assured parkour ISNT about who can jump off the highest building. In answer to your (assumed) questions: Music: Moby, Chicane, Enya, 2PAC, LL, Marilyn Manson, Metallica, Scooter, Placebo, Chilli's, Keane, Dave Peirce/Euphoria, Alicia Keys, Radiohead, Kelis, etc etc Clothes: Baggy, tight, suits, jackets, urban, jeans, beanie, no beanie, trainers, shoes, bootcut, shirts, tshirts,..etc etc, I shop at Next, River Island, Armani, Versace, Phat Face, Krunch, .. Internet: I own 18 domains, hundreds of sites, Parkour, code, security, news, movies, physics, philosophy, horror, blogs, bash, tubgirl, .. whatever I need. As for the whole chav thing. Personally, I cant stand them, but Parkour is an attitude free art and "chavs" have as much right to practice it as anyone else. Also, Parkour isnt a sport, it lacks a competitive element which is really a defining factor of a sport.. its more of an art. Hope this helps

Could everyone who posts regularly signup/register? That way we will actually know who is posting and hopefully get away from posting the message as the username. Just a suggestion as it would help everything run a bit better. ;D

yes. They do. Its extremely annoying and makes the people that use it look like retards. It takes longer to read and makes it harder to identify words. Spelling and grammer are basic concepts on the English language. Text talk was devised to send send messages in the limited space a phone could offer. This isnt a phone and theres no reason what so ever why people cant use proper English. I mean sh!t, that previous post, you didnt even TRY to type properly, it looked like you just slapped your hands on the keyboard and expected people to understand what youre on about.
" will bvrintg sum mates if i can will b fun"
*bvrintg* , is it really that hard to type "bring". message boards even give you the opportunity to correct your posts before you send.
Im not having a go at *you*, just a general rant at lack of proper English. If people have disabilities or mental problems that impede their ability to type, fair enough and I apologise. But to those that can, please make an effort. If your posts are this sloppy, I'd hate to see your parkour.
