Hey, it could be all in your head. What i would suggest, if you feel that you aren't good at parkour start conditioning your body in your local gym to get better and see what happens

My name is Alexandra Hamson I'm 23 years old I'm from devon/exeter I've been practicing parkour for about a month. I go to the gym 3/4 times a week and i follow a strict exercise regime. I run 3-4 miles at the gym, I then do interval training/ a cardiac class then go to the gym and workout. i do different exercises for different parts of my body. i work my abs with crunches etc, then my legs by doing weights lunges, squats, box jumps, step ups etc. I then work my arms, i do bicep curls, half pull ups, assisted pull ups (i hope to do one without assist one day ) bench presses, chest presses and a lot more to work on my upper body strength. i also practice my parkour in a park near my house and practice my upper body strength, jumping and my balancing. I do rock climbing, i enjoy doing obstacle courses. i'm doing rock solid at the end of march and tough mudder in august. I've also got a background in kick boxing as well I would really like to join a parkour group/community in devon and practice with people on a regular basis Alex Hamson
