After Parkour on sunday, in which I jumped off a few walls on being eight foot high. On Monday I could hardly walk I nearly fell over. My feet were absolutely killing me, so were my legs just above the foot. On tuesday my legs still hurt. Today, Wednesday they tingle a bit. I am due to do some Parkour at the weekend. Should I do it with my feet in their current state or not. If the answer is should do it does anyone have any tips on how to avoid this. Thanks Resistor

the question becomes... does it hurt if you try to use them... because bone pain is a sign you're pushing too hard. Your bones should never hurt. Don't push them. It sounds like you may have a fracture... I'd reccommend taking a break for a while.
the trick is if droping is not to land flat footed as this will hurt but land on ur toes and then go to a flat foot whilst allowing ur legs to bend quite quickly and placing ur hand down like spiderman lol.
