Either a stylised speed as Bach said, or a one-handed "vert vault". I think it's one of these, slightly pending to the secound though...

Its less efficient, and most probably a lot slower.

Sometimes known as a split vault, for obvious reasons. Not really a speed vault, as kicking your legs out makes you loose speed; it kinda defeats the point. A free-running 'move' rather than parkour, but different people call different variations of vaults by different names.
