There's not set 'moves' in parkour. Fee running doesn't exist.

Sometimes known as a split vault, for obvious reasons. Not really a speed vault, as kicking your legs out makes you loose speed; it kinda defeats the point. A free-running 'move' rather than parkour, but different people call different variations of vaults by different names. lol was that from dictionary. com? lol nice one thing is(in my opinion)...any vault that uses more effort than you need to or any vault that takes longer than you need...is a free running 'move'---parkour is about flow and efficiency (how the hell do you spell that!)--that vault is in fact a split vault but i think you were going for a verticle/rocket vault....all these moves do look good but can't really be classed as parkour.... *not really important but if you blank out his hand(the one which is on the wall) & the wall [use a piece of paper or soemthing] it looks like he's falling from the sky lol! looks pretty funny)*

There's not set parkour moves and free running doesn't exist. It doesn't matter what 'vault' it is just get out and move.
