I posted a video not long ago on a couple of forums, including this one... And from all of them got the response of 'work on ur get ups' , so i listened to u all and took about half a day (today) to work on them... Once i had gotted better on lower ones, i moved onto this much larger one... NOTE: This wall is Bigger than the one in the training video, it is about 14/15/16 foot... (cant remeber which one lol)media.putfile.com/Fart---ClimbPeople have now said (on other forums) that i should work on 'get ups' from cats, which i am going to do so... Also when training the other day, my friend did a basic tic tac off a small pillar over a wall, i thought it would be easy and underestimated it and mis footed, here is the result ;D media.putfile.com/La-Maniere-Krew---Fart---Shin-Smash

yer the first video i wouldn't say it's a "get up" its just the way i call things i would say its more of a wall scramble. The wall wasn't high enough for you not to be able to put your hands straight on top of the wall. So there wasn't really a get up performed.
So work on getting into the cat position and then try and do a get up. Also try to not reach across to the other side of the wall, and don't use your elbows.
The second video all i thought was ouch; be careful!

Yh i get what you mean... And funnily enough people on the other forum said to work on cat 'get ups' aswell...
The reason i used to term 'get up' is because that is what the perosn in the thread posted, so i thought i would use the same ;D

Literally it's called planche and can be either done on walls or from a free hanging position (or one foot against the wall, or hanging on a branch, or swinging etc... you get the idea). You can't train that enough.
