OK well i'm going to be very critical about this.. so here i go..
Smoking? why the hell would you put this in a free running video.. your not hard by doing this ^^.
1) Cut down on big drops there was way to many..
2) hand springs over walls, any other vault is far more efficient.
3) learn to land properly.
4) work on dive rolls.
5) and last thing tuck on front summies.
Anything good can i comment on; well not really..

Sorry for criticizing so much.
I suppose i have properly watched over 1000 parkour videos and now i just congratulate or give constructive criticism.
but keep training and you are sure to improve.. continue smoking you are sure to die..

just sort out your rolls to start with please...
you shudnt realy be goin over sideways, and that dive roll looked like it would have done damage to your back

Do the whole thing backwards.
Travel up the hills. Climb up the walls. Vault upwards.
It's all very well and good being able to fall off a building, but it's somewhat more of an achievement to get up one.
