not too bad for a first vid, at least you are working on vaults and rolls as oppose to big drops and flips. as for advice- first off, lose the jeans, they are no good for parkour, especially tight emo jeans. also get some running trainers, not converse or skateshoes. concentrate on the basics, drill them until they are smooth and take no effort, you wont master the movements, but you should drill them so that you have control over them through every part of the vault. keep training

Work on strength as some of the vaults looked as if you struggled with them. Cut out the drops they dont make you 'better'. Keep training and work hard!

Thanks for the comments, we did that video a few months ago and we will post up another video of us- we tackled on all the bases you advised and it had helped us loads.
And the reason why i was wearing "tight emo jeans" was because they were alot better than wearing trackie bottems, as the jeans were stretchy and didnt weight as much, somehow.
Thanks for the advice guys.

the rolls i saw there were horrible.
some looked like you hit your head, others looked really slow. the one about 00:15 was the worst, that was horrible.
cut out the big drops, you don't need a hoody, change trainers, go into primark, get £3 joggers, and go train.
not meant to be offensive, but you do need to work on it.
