Hi Sean
Scottish free runners were wondering if you would like to help us set up another group of free runners for Inverness which i have visited many times before and it has allot of potential ;D but most of Scottish free runners don't live near Inverness which we would like to put you in charge of IFR ( Inverness Free Running ) so if your up for it send me a pm and if you know any other traceurs they are welcome to join IFR
THANKS
Mikey Head Of FRF

Mikey is pretty funny, Parkour isn't a business and doesn't need to be under headings and have leaders, that just turns it into a competition and people will end up getting hurt. Take your time man, you will find a group that you seem to train with most often and you will be in contact with traceurs around the WORLD in due course. Trust me, I am from Elgin, hardly a big city, but just by training hard and letting things take their course, I have contacts everywhere. Last year I went to holland for a week and stayed with traceurs there and I was planning on touring England staying with people every step of the way (but ran out of money ) Anyway. Sean, if you still frequent this forum you need to email me. Its been a long time and we need to train again, I start college in Inverness in September so I am gonna be through 3 times a week. And by the way, the couple of times I have been through I have found amazing spots so you'd better have a better line-up of spots than last time I came through timmymcp(at)hotmail(dot)co(dot)uk Anyway. Train safe. Peace
