"train long untill doing another video"
5 months is NOT a long time 18 months is a good time.
basically, you'll have been training for like 2 months without a cam, and then brought it in really.
better, though,
you're precisions need to be worked on. jump UP more, instead of forwards, tuck your legs up, for the height
lazy vaults - bring the outside foot over first, tuck inside foot under, this way you can land and move on faster.
static camera more.
nicer video though :-) condition more though. pull ups, muscle ups etc. didn't see a single climb up in that video, work on them

Hey, thanks for the reply Yeah it's not exactly a long time, but we want to record footage so we can see were to improve our self, and also people like you help are always there to give tips. I have great problems with my lazy vault (im pretty sure its me your referring too) i can only do them well at like one angle. I'd really like too figure them out

its all good if you can't do them really, just work on them :-) try bringing the outside foot over first. AND a great tip is to learn the movement using both hands (putting left and right hand down for the starting hand) so you know which suits you better.
and, yeah its all cool by me really, tis nice to have a vide to watch around here
