hi there, my name is ash i am from dronfield (in between sheffield and chesterfield) and really want to start trying to parkour, but unfortunately i am a total novice and am looking for some beginner tips and info etc. cheers and look forward to hearing from you all

welcome to the forums. you could try the local area threads for people in your area but their is a wealth of information on the internet.
due to the infancy of parkour in the uk, alot of people you will meet will give you incorrect advice, thinking that because they have trained longer than you, they know more. but parkour is a personal journey. take your time and start small.
any tips or advise needed, check the parkour tech section or pm me.
