Hi everyone, My name's Raife I’m 26 Live in London I’m not sure how long I’ve been practising parkour... i guess since before i knew it was something to practise... My technique is getting there, but my fitness levels are pretty appalling… I’ll talk more on that later as this is not the place. I come at parkour from a very philosophical angle, and this (and having fun) is what appeals to me about it. I’ve never met another traceur in person; all my practice has been on my lonesome, not particularly out of choice, but it’s just worked out that way. I’m joining this forum to see what I’m missing out on And also to keep parkour in my life whilst I am forced to take a break. Again more on that later. Hi everyone.
