hey man welcome to ukpka ;D i hope we do get along well and i dont see any reason why we shuldnt post in the questions from beginners and look at the parkour techs for help Parkour, to get started, simply just find a rail or low wall to get over under or whatever, learn simple small vaults and balances if your more confident, but never push yourself too hard condition lightly to start with as well more posts soon

HAHA no one said we were all good jokes, ive been practising parkour for about a year and a month or so, so im just an ameteur compared to other users of this forum but then again, as Stephen Angel once said, people who have been training not as long as others are doing bigger and more advanced techniques ;D ( i know thats not his exact words - as i couldnt find the link to it ) for conditioning, start off with smaller simpler excersises, say do 10 press ups a day, then move on to next day with sit ups - make each day strengthening one area of youre body .............

sit ups aren't really needed tbh. press ups are good
bench presses don't relate to parkour much, do pull ups (palm facing away from body)
calf raises, ski sits squats (i guess) for leg work really
