i understand wat u mean, but we have been trainign on it for sucha long time, we wont sm where more interesting , i still understand wat u mean - and i no that i can improve - for example try and put flips into things, but its my lack of conf. thats stopping me, thats y im hiring a gym to practise these flips, and wall spins etc safely thanx 4 the advice

dude, you said you've been training for 1 year, i've been going coming up 2 years, dean 3, gav 4.
we have never once got bored with locations.
anddd, you said it isn't JUST flips, its not at all flips ;-)

dude, if u cum 2 our area- trust me - theres not (at) all tht gd stuff - and im gonig 2 stop arguing now yh - the flips r jst 2 make it lk cool - cos ur not going 2 use flips when ur running away - using ur parkour skillz, unless its 2 get over an orkward angle like a sideflipor then agian - 2 totaly show off 2 ur chasers ;D

i understand you feel like everyone has jumped on some of the things you said but people are just trying to help. im sure there are plenty of things you can find to do on the areas you have already 'mastered'. i go to places iv been training at for 4 years and im still constantly finding new things, new ways of movement, new ideas on old walls. everything can be improved upon.
