i dont think £52 is that expensive for trainers. my darts cost me about £40ish, and my non parkour trainers range from £50-£100. (airmax ltd editions- nike vandals- nike zooms- and airmax1s). my darts have lasted me about a year now and there still in perfect condition.

yer my nike airs r awesome theyre good for parkour and can be used for other stuff, to be honest if they last that long then i think its worth the money , i recommend adidas novas ive got some of them too and theyre awesome

i have seen the new balance trail shoes and they look really good as they have both cushioning and grip.

yeah it ssimple enough to look at the website but you really should try them out instead of just looking at reviews even if they are from proffessionals, they may have been paid to say good things owell, all feet are different and need attention with different things, at the moment i need more shock absoption at the most, as im recoving from a injured ankle

it hurts for me to just walk ath the moment, if im right - your saying this kid is doing it barefoot and isnt stumblnig with pain

To gain the injury you must have been training in correctly. Phil is a amazing traceur and is highly dedicated and trains extreamly hard and also is amazingly strong.
