hello first of all, please talk in full english.
its good to know you're interested. you train to increase endurance? parkour is a predominantly anaerobic activity, so you're best of going for fast twitch muscle strenth this will help with precisions, climb ups, muscle ups etc
and, welcome to UKPKA

dont neglect your endurance training, the training of parkour is mostly anaerobic as ant pointed out, however, the practice itself could use aerobic or anaerobic equally depending on the situation, (escape/reach).

'sup lads i love parkour alot, unfortunatly my friends dont see it the way i do so i went looking for places i could meet people who do feel the same way, im 14 got an alright stamina the only 2 things that stand in my way are asthma (hard to breathe when i go parkouring it up), and upperbody strength (but taht will soon be taken care of) my parkour is fairly limited i always feel i may clip my feet or somthing and fall on my face, so i try not to do whatever it is taht makes me feel that way, alot i live in sort of trafford area, if anyone wants to meet up and jam then ive made a thread in greater manchester have a look see
